1. Returns & Exchanges

We accept return and exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and in their original condition;

  • Include all original packaging, accessories, and tags;

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

Returns requested after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted.

3. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, refunds will be processed within 2 business days.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
